This page explains what this website collects, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. Plain English, and only what this site actually does.

What the form collects
When you fill in the form on our Work With Us page we ask for your name, phone number, email address, organization, website, annual budget range, the type of support you are interested in, and the goal you are working toward. We ask for those details so that we understand what you need and can reply to you properly. We do not use them for anything else.
Where your message goes
Your message is emailed to us, and it is also stored in this website’s admin area, where only we and the people who maintain the site can read it.
Email from this website is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. Your message passes through their systems on its way to our inbox.
Where this website is hosted
The website and its database run on DigitalOcean, in the United States.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use a page, including where they click and how far they scroll, so we can tell what is working and what is confusing. Clarity masks anything you type into a form, so the words you enter are not recorded. Both tools set cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, and Google and Microsoft each publish their own opt-out.
Videos
Some pages carry video from YouTube. We use YouTube’s youtube-nocookie address, and a video only loads once you click play, so nothing is requested from YouTube until you ask for it.
Links to other websites
We link out to funders, tools and reading we think is useful, and the Resources page is mostly made of those links. Once you follow one of them you are on someone else’s website, covered by their privacy policy rather than this one.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records.
Asking for a copy, or asking us to delete
Email us at info@grantswithinreach.com and say what you would like. We will look up what we hold about you and send you a copy, correct it, or delete it.
Children
This website is meant for adults doing professional work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
If what we do changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
